Cici Fredsbo founded Shazza after experiencing firsthand just how frustrating renting a car in Dubai could be. Despite living in a city known for world-class service, the car rental process felt outdated, confusing, and fragmented.
Determined to change that, she built Shazza — a marketplace designed to bring clarity, trust, and simplicity to an industry that needed it most.
With a background in business, luxury rental arbitrage, and rental operations, and a Scandinavian mindset rooted in efficiency and transparency, she leads Shazza with both sharp strategy and a personal touch.
As a female founder in industries often dominated by men — tech, automotive, and mobility — Cici brings a bold, refreshing perspective, driven by a relentless commitment to delivering a truly premium experience for both clients and partners.
